Hold at least 2,000,000 VBRK V2 in your wallet on Robinhood Chain (4663) to submit proposals. Your tokens stay in your wallet.

- Select your installed browser wallet and sign the login message. No payment, token allowance or transaction is requested.
- Your current and confirmed VBRK balance is checked. At least 2 million VBRK is required to send a new proposal.
- Use “Prepare a proposal” and follow replies in the same case. A submission is not a promise of publication.
If your balance drops below the threshold, new submissions pause. Your history remains accessible and you can answer outstanding requests for information. When balance verification is temporarily unavailable, you can save a local draft and retry.
Use a compatible browser wallet. QR pairing is not available. Keep recovery phrases and private keys out of the Desk.
Your information stays private.
Proposals are visible to their author and authorised staff. Internal notes remain restricted to staff. Local drafts stay on this device; submitted proposals are stored by the Desk.
No lock, burn or reward distribution is performed by the Desk. Indices rewards follow their separate rules; Desk access does not guarantee a payment or change eligibility for those rewards.
