A burn irreversibly destroys tokens. It does not fund the treasury directly or promise a price increase. Only recognised Desk burns count.
Seat rules and burn consequences
2 million VBRK locked gives a flexible seat only while locked. 10 million VBRK burned cumulatively via the recognised Desk gives a durable seat for the service lifetime, tied to this wallet, without renewal or minimum balance.
Below 10 million, burn alone does not activate a seat. Locked tokens are never automatically burned. They remain withdrawable by their owner.
One consultative seat per wallet. Flexible and durable seats have the same rights; larger burns do not buy priority, influence or publication.
